Thor's 6th appearance of 1965, his 63rd of all time. After 4 pages Thor leaves to appear in JOURNEY INTO MYSTERY #116 (as a footnote explains).

This was the 9th time Loki appeared on a cover. 

Like the previous 8 Loki covers, it was penciled by Jack Kirby.

It was the first Loki cover embellished by Vince Colletta.

Not only did Loki and Thor clash in the 16 page lead story, Loki was the villain in the 5 page Tales Of Asgard back-up.

Both comics had art by Jack Kirby and words by Stan Lee.

Both comics had appearances by the Executioner and the Enchantress.
