Like the previous Loki covers, it was penciled by Jack Kirby.
The first Loki cover embellished by Vince Colletta.

Loki and Thor clash in the 16 page lead story, Loki was the villain in the 5 page Tales Of Asgard back-up.
Both comics had art by Jack Kirby and words by Stan Lee.

Both comics had appearances by the Executioner and the Enchantress.
