It was a good time to be a Thor fan. As you can tell from this cover DeFalco, Frenz and Sinnott did their best to supply all the elements that a Thor fan would want.
The first of the two full-pagers (the second one is saved for the blow off) is an obvious nod to the most influential comic artist in history - Jack Kirby
