John Buscema became the second artist to draw more six Marvel Thor covers. Jack Kirby was the first. 
The 19 pages of story art was also by Buscema.
Thor's 6th appearance of 1970. His 146th of all time.
Sif's 4th appearance of 1970. Her 34th of all time.
