ON THE SPINNER RACKS 55 YEARS AGO TODAY

Jack Kirby and Vince Colletta provide the cover for Thor's 6th appearance of 1966. 
Hercules also makes his 6th appearance of 1966, his 9th of all time, but it was only for 2 pages.
We are also treated to the visual majesty of a Kirby Asgard/Rainbow Bridge panel.

And Jane Foster makes her 5th appearance of 1966. Her 44th of all time.

    Colletta was the best inker Kirby ever had and that's to Stan Lee's credit.
