Marvel Comics was January's top publisher (according to Diamond Comic Distributors, the world's largest distributor of comics) with a 41.05% dollar share and a 45.64% unit share. Marvel shipped 79 comics in January. DC Comics had a 24.18% dollar share and a 27.05% unit share. DC shipped 86 comics in January.
