Roy Thomas constructs an enjoyable story that cleverly utilizes continuity.

It was Odin's 4th appearance of 1968. His 57th of all time.

It was Karnilla's 4th appearance of 1968. Her 8th of all time.

It was Ulik's 3rd appearance of 1968. His 6th of all time.

This was one of those rare Lee/Kirby THOR issues that didn't introduce any new characters. 

This was the first time a Thor story filled an entire issue.

Thor, Lee/Kirby/Colletta, mobsters and criminally-controlled robots. Maybe less worthy than other issues but still enjoyable.
