This splash page is the only full-pager of the 16 page conclusion to the Pluto trilogy.
The splash page for the 5 Tales of Asgard backup uses a common Kirby character layout that makes it easy for Lee to disguise a synopsis as a conversation.

Thor's 5th appearance of 1963. His 12th of all time.
So far Thor had only appeared in JOURNEY INTO MYSTERY.
It was the 3rd Thor/Loki cover of 1963. The 5th of all time. 
All 5 were penciled by Jack Kirby.
 This was the 4th to be embellished by Dick Ayers
    This is a Big Event story packed into 80 panels divided among a mere 12 pages (not counting the above splash). Joe Sinnott is tasked with drawing many landmarks including the U.N. Building, the Empire State Building, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Sphinx and the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

    FUN FACT: This was the first issue since JIM #83 not to have Jane Foster in it.
