Kirby/Ayers did the cover and the 13 page Thor story that introduces a time-travelling villain from the weaponless 23rd century.
Except for the splash page the rest of pages (like the example above) used a multi-panel layout to portray the narrative. In 1962 Thor was a tool of the American Military Complex.
